By agreeing to the terms of service below when requesting any custom or premade products, you are agreeing by law to abide by them throughout the comission process. The terms are in place to protect the seller and buyer where possible. Any breach of these terms may result in the cancellation of your comission and a potential blacklist from my services. A partial or full refund may be given depending on the stage of the products completion.

Payment is accepted through bank transfer and Paypal. All prices are in GBP (£) and I ask that all payment be sent in this currency. If you need to know what a cost is in your own currency, make sure to use an UP TO DATE converter.
Payment plans of up to 6 months are accepted with a 30% non refundable deposit. A fursuit will not begin production until fully paid for.
While you should not try to buy a fursuit when tight on funds, I understand that emergencies occur and am willing to give extentions, just ask. Late payments may be subject to additional fees due to inconvenience for the seller. If a payment plan is not fully paid for within the agreed time frame then the clients slot may be given to someone else.

Gemsuit Creations is UK based. I do offer international shipping but it is the buyers responsibility to be aware of any additional costs of customs when shipping to your country. If an item is sent back to me because you were unable to pay for customs you will have to pay for the item to be shipped again along with the customs cost when you are more prepared.
Cost of shipping is not included in the initial price and will be calculated after completion of the product. This will have to be paid for before the item(s) is sent off. All products are shipped fully tracked and insured. Gemsuit Creations takes no responsibility for damages occurring during shipping .

If the buyer changes their mind after paying for a fursuit and no materials have been paid for/no production has started then a full refund will be given, minus the non refundable deposit, no questions asked.
If the buyer changes their mind after materials have been paid for/production has begun, they will be refunded what they paid minus the money spend on materials and costs for however much labour was put into production.
If a suit is completed/near completion and ready to be shipped then no refund will be given if the buyer changes their mind and the item will be shipped.
